One of the biggest neighbourhoods in Marbella with popular golf courses and quirky little coffee shops and restuarants. Nueva Andalucia combines traditional Andalucian style while being influenced with modern amenities from the ever growing international communities.
San Pedro de Alcántara
San Pedro has the beachfront and a more traditional town atmosphere. There is no shortage of tapas bars and local bars to enjoy a few beers. The promenade is alive with different groups meeting to enjoy an exercise class, bootcamps, yoga or dog obedience classes.
Golden Mile
An established residential area between Marbella town and Puerto Banús, with a mix of apartments and luxury properties. You can find some traditional coffee shops as well as the infamous Marbella club and Puente Romano which hosts a range of high end restaurants and bars. The main attraction, for me is the promenade along this stretch which is frequented by walkers, cyclists and sealovers.

We also offer a promotion where customers who pay for 10 months upfront receive 12 months of storage.
